Load Versatique ML-40T into a vessel and heat to 80-85°C with mixing.
In a separate vessel, combine oil phase components (B), heat to 80°C and mix until homogeneous.
Add Oil Phase B to Versatique ML-40T (Phase A) with mixing.
If Oil Phase/Versastique ML solution is homogenous, add DOWSIL™ 1686 Resin and Timica Extra Bright 1500 and mix with high shear to ensure homogeneity.
If Oil Phase/Versastique ML solution is NOT homogenous maintain temperature at 85°C and mixing until additional solids melt and oil phase is homogeneous.
Pour into containers and allow the formulation to solidify.
